Lemon Pepper Air Fried Shrimp

Cook Time - 20 minutes                               

Total Time - 30 minutes

Ingredients      

  • 2 egg

  • 1 Cup of milk

  • 1 Cup of Air Krisp Lemon Pepper Breading

  • ¼ Cup of Air Krisp Batter Mix

  • ¼ Cup of breadcrumbs

  • Olive oil

  • Shrimp

Directions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°

  • Add 2 eggs and 1 cup of milk to a bowl and whisk until mixed

  • In a separate bowl, mix 1 Cup of Lemon Pepper Breading and mix in ¼ Cup of Air Krisp Batter Mix as well as ¼ Cup of bread crumbs

  • Take your shrimp and place them into egg wash lightly coating

  • Roll in your dry mix until shrimp is completely covered

  • Spray the cooking rack with olive oil

  • Place shrimp evenly on the cooking rack leaving enough room for the air to circulate and reach all of the shrimp.

  • Cook for 20 minutes stopping at your halfway point to flip and lightly mist with olive oil to achieve that nice golden-brown color

  • Allow it to cool before serving and enjoy!
